Randstad Group is a human resources service provider, covering recruiting and selection, career management, training, in house services, specific HR-projects and numerous other services.

Randstad Group was looking to eliminate the shortcomings of its existing SMS Gateway: significant downtime, non-existing reporting facilities and limited technical support.

Job seekers subscribed to Randstad Group’s services receive an SMS message to inform them whenever there is a new job vacancy that matches their profile. The solution proves to be particularly well suited to job openings that need to be filled in urgently.

Randstad Group reports having a more efficient time management in the local offices since the MobileWeb SMS solution was installed. It had a positive effect on the overall cost structure. Informing job seekers by SMS is significantly cheaper, faster and more effective than any other communication channel, including outbound calls or e-mails. On the other hand, better interaction with job seekers means faster placement of employees, which translates into more revenue.
